E-Mitra Plus Delivers Digitalization at Gram Panchayat level
The Pyrotech workspace has an increasing collection of happy consumers in hundreds of sectors and we are introducing extremely digitized kiosk applications in very different settings to appeal to user needs. We realize what it takes to create one-stop touch screen service distribution Kiosk solutions that run in the most challenging environments.A pioneering project of the Rajasthan government, “E-Mitra Plus” has brought the state dwellers under one roof with several governmental and private facilities. So far there are more than 45,000 E-Mitra centers working in all the state districts.
Challenge

- Providing diverse facilities under one roof to the broader community in Rajasthan’s rural areas in order to reshape trustworthiness and openness to government.
- Promote education campaigns for the usage of policy programs and initiatives in rural areas.

Solution
- Customized citizen-centric touch screen compatible application to use different government facilities such as Death & Birth Certificate, Aadhar Card etc
- To both new and current government programs, the consolidated content management system to pushing / broadcasting information is important.
- Facilitate the system for Videoconferencing.
- Activated with multiple transaction facilities where not only do you use debit / credit cards / biometric transfers but you can also use currency.
Result
- This kiosk allows video conferencing, which means more than 40,000 places in the state are linked.
- You may also pay by currency, debit / credit card and biometric to all government facilities such as energy bills, different apps, etc.
- The automated kiosk prints all the required documentation on the official stationery, such as birth certificates, residences, etc.
- You may even lodge a petition with officials from government, and attend the live session.
