As demonstrated by our data, despite our business growth, we have successfully achieved a 54.51% reduction in CO2e intensity per unit of sales between 2019 and 2023, highlighting our dedication to sustainability and efficiency improvements. Sustainable Practices that Led to 54.51% CO2e Reduction

Our reduction in CO2e intensity was made possible through a series of strategic initiatives aimed at reducing emissions and optimizing resource use. These include the installation of a 180 KW solar panel system at our manufacturing facility, which now accounts for 40% of our monthly energy consumption, significantly reducing reliance on grid electricity. Additionally, we have achieved world-class certifications such as BIFMA e3 Platinum, Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), reflecting our focus on sustainability throughout the product lifecycle, from material sourcing to end-of-life disposal. Our energy-efficient measures, such as replacing CFL lights with LED lights and implementing motion sensors to avoid unnecessary energy wastage, have also contributed to this substantial reduction.

Furthermore, our commitment to material efficiency and sustainable sourcing has allowed us to reduce waste during production, with 90% material optimization in product design and in-house initiatives like reutilizing off-cut materials for storage solutions. These initiatives, alongside our focus on logistics and transportation optimization, have played a crucial role in achieving this 54.51% reduction in CO2e intensity, reflecting our holistic approach to sustainability.
