The laminar field consist of the corpus (the body) which is welded from aluminium and HEPA filters. A Laminar field with air recirculation is an alternative to the normally supplied laminated field. Walls and ceiling are formed with antibacterial powder coating paint by insulating prefabricated panels. Flooring is seamless, antistatic, and chemical resistance type. Curved corners are used to easily removing the dust. Colour touch screen control panel:

Touch screen control panel is primary designed for use in operating theatres. This micro controller based electronic control panel is mounted directly on the theatre wall. The latest technology to provide flexibility and functionality to Operation Theatre.The choice and arrangements of components can considerably vary from project to project.  Control panel leads the personnel to follow detail information and minimize possible damages or avoid to critical situation on the operating theatre.

Our standard control panel consist of the following features:

The development of clean-room technology and laminar-flow air conditioning has led to the application of these techniques to the operating room. The assumption has been made that substantial numbers of wound infections are caused by airborne bacteria and that the use of these special air-handling devices will decrease these incidences. The Laminar Air flow can provide exceedingly clean air to the operating room. Laminar air flow provides a way to maintain the clean nature of air within a space and prevents mixing of air, which can cause contamination. Laminar air flows are mostly used in surgery suites, laboratories, or other clean rooms. Conventional air-conditioning systems with proper filtering and air flows can provide atmospheres with bacterial contamination of the same order of magnitude as with the special air-handling devices.

Stainless steel wall panel seamless structure with antibacterial powder coating:

The wall panels are made of stainless steel grained with safety glass, powder coated with added silver ions, which have bacteriostatic properties (silver ions are deposited in the coating – polish – during its manufacture).The technology used ensures 24 hour protection against bacteria, fungi and mould. The panel system is compatible with the latest solutions used in healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry. It has been designed to meet the most demanding standards and our Clients’ expectations. Its tightness enables carrying out gas decontamination of OT. Operation theatre walls and Ceiling made of 0.8 mm thick stainless-steel sheets of AISI 304 grade, the joints of the stainless-steel wall panels are made seamless, and homogeneous.
